Exceptional Body Wash
Cetaphil Acne Treatment Body Wash. This creamy body wash with 2% salicylic acid gently cleanses and exfoliates, effectively clearing acne while preventing dryness. I like this product because it lathers well and rinses off easily, leaving my skin feeling clean and refreshed. It doesn't leave any sticky residue, making it very comfortable for daily use. Using Cetaphil has helped control my acne, and my skin feels very smooth and clean. I haven't experienced any irritation or allergic reactions. It has a light, pleasant scent that's perfect for everyday use. This is a great solution for anyone struggling with back acne.

I have been using
I have been using this religiously for about 2 weeks for my shoulder and chest acne. I really think it’s been making a difference to keep the breakouts to a minimum. I’ve noticed that it works best if you apply it and rub it in and leave it for around 5-10 minutes before washing it off. It does leave your skin pretty dry after so you will need to moisturize with a non comedogenic moisturizer, I use the lotion I received ie. Cetaphil moisturizing lotion dry to normal/sensitive skin. I’ve noticed all my active acne are now flat and dry. I’ve really been enjoying this product so much that I will be repurchasing it in the future.

This has been a life saver for me! I have mild to severe back acne and it’s so painful and annoying and so I was willing to try anything to help take this away. I found this at Walmart and decided to take a chance to see if it’ll work. It does work, don’t expect your back to be fully clear the next day because things like this takes time to see real results. Although it did help take away the pain from the blemishes and did help to flatten them out. My skin is also very dry and this helped with that as well although I do still find myself needing moisturizer once I get out the shower which you should be doing anyways but I will definitely keep using this and would recommend.
