Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the product. packaging is awful! While I love the product the bottle is awful. I can’t pump and keep it from twisting or slipping out of my hand. I literally have to use two hands. The top of the pump is simply too smal to effectively use, especially when wet. There is no texture to the lid to aid in grip and the angle of the pump itself compounds the slippage. I have long fingers so that has nothing to do with it. I’ve even tried leaving it on the counter and using my palm....it ended up across the bathroom! I’m going to have to put the product in an empty foaming hand soap container to finish using it. If the container doesn’t change I won’t buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from REALLY! It does not dry out skin! I don't know how Cetaphil did it, but this foaming wash leaves my face soft, clean, and not the least bit dehyrated! I have dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin. Most cleansers make my skin feel tight, or they don't effectively remove makeup... Gone are the days of washing my face 2-3 times, or settling for cleansers that rob my skin of moisture! For the past 3 months I've used this face wash with Cetaphil SPF 15 facial mositurizer, and been amazed! In the past, my skin was unimpressed with Cetaphil products, but this new is completely different and I LOVE it! Highly recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Im so so shocked !!! After so many years of searching for the right cleanser I must say I have finally found it. I have just finish washing my face as I am writing this and I must say the smell the rich lather feel of this wash is amazing. I feel like it did the job I wanted and not dried my sking off which makes me so so glad. I highly highly recommend this product to any and everyone looking for a cleanser that is gentle and doea an amazing job. Hands down so good I am going to the store to buy a lotion from Cetaphil that can compliment the cleansing even more. Thank You Cetaphil for creating amazing stuff.
