Glycerin

Panthenol
Panthenol or pro-vitamin B5 is the active form of vitamin B5. This natural ingredient provides soothing effects to the skin. It also has natural moisturizing properties which help skin retain moisture and remain soft, smooth, and radiant.
Tocopherol
Tocopherol or vitamin E has an antioxidant effect that helps protect the skin from surface free radical damage. It also soothes skin with a hydrating effect.

Gentle and very moisturizing – perfect for sensitive skin
I’ve been using Cetaphil Baby Ultra Soothing Lotion for sensitive skin, and I’m very happy with the results. The texture is light, smooth, and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. It provides long-lasting moisture and really helps with dryness.
The lotion contains shea butter and macadamia nut oil, which makes the skin feel soft, calm, and protected. It has no strong scent, which is perfect for babies and for anyone with sensitive skin. I also like that it soothes the skin for up to 24 hours.
This lotion is great not only for babies but also for adults with dry or sensitive skin. A little goes a long way, and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend it!
Another thing I really like is the convenient dispensing of the lotion. The tube makes it easy to control the amount of product, so there is no waste. The thickness of the lotion is just right — not too thin and not too heavy. It spreads easily over the skin and provides a comfortable, soothing layer without feeling sticky.

I have never been a fan of the baby powder smell so when it came time to look for baby lotions I wanted one that had a fresh scent, while also being gentle and nourishing to the skin, of course and Cetaphil Baby’s Ultra Soothing lotion with Shea butter fit the bill. This lotion is thicker in consistency in comparison to Cetaphil’s daily lotion but what I love most is that it is good for both the face and body not to mention a little goes a long way. I love the product and use it quite often on my baby.

This product dries fairly quickly and doesn't leave an oily feel to your child it makes them feel very soft and helps holding the moisture babies lose so much moisture so much quicker than we do as adults. And I bleed that this Cetaphil Ultra baby lotion helps holding that moisture that makes their toes so kissable.
